The staff was very cute and helpful. They gave excellent recommendations for local spots. The rooftop terrace offered fine city views and a relaxing atmosphere in the evenings. Breakfast featured tasty, healthy options, a real highlight . The hotel provided complimentary snacks and access to the bakery and shop, which i found very convenient.
The street noise was noticeable at night, so earplugs are recommended if you are a light sleeper.

The hotel is close to the city center, within easy walking distance of main attractions. A local library, Casa de La Ciudad, is less than a block away, which i really appreciated. Taxis were readily available. It took only 5 minutes to get one from the airport.

The street was VERY noisy at night. I could hear yelling until late. there was no a/c, only a ceiling fan, and it wasn't enough to keep the room cool. to top it off, someone entered my room at 2 am with a key!
